Acid Resistant Tube Fittings

Acid resistant tube fittings are required to handle strong hot acids like sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and hydrochloric acid (HCl) and Ultramet CPT’s acid resistant Swagelok^® tube fittings do just that. These acid resistant tube fittings are designed to eliminate corrosion in harsh acid environments. Utilizing standard stainless steel Swagelok^®tube fitting and applying Ultramet CPT’s tantalum diffusion surface to them, a product is created that has a corrosion resistant that far surpasses that of nickel alloys while at a comparable price to them. Also because standard stainless steel fittings are used the availability and lead-times are excellent.

Ultramet CPT offers fitting from 1/8” in size and up with NPT, compression and sanitary ends.
