Corrosion resistant ball valves with Ultra-Metal tantalum surfaces eliminates corrosion from strong acids like sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and hydrochloric acid (HCl) while allowing the user to accurately control the flow. By utilizing the Ultramet CPT technology, typically standard steel ball valves are transformed into the most acid resistant ball valves available. The end result is an acid resistant ball valve that has a corrosion resistance far exceeding that of Hastelloy C276 but having a similar price.
