hello,

When it comes to the material of construction, it is important that you understand the impact of the neutralization or cleaning process on the stainless steel vessel. If done improperly, you might significantly damage the vessel. The corrosion rate of stainless steels in sulfuric acid is sensitive to the concentration, temperature, and even velocity of the fluid. More dilute concentrations can actually be more corrosive than highly concentrated sulfuric acid. Likewise, any neutralization that increases the temperature would increase the rate of corrosion. Additionally, nozzles of the tank used to pump out or drain the acid may be more susceptible to corrosion than the vessel side walls due to the much higher velocity in the nozzles. In short, when you examine the risk of damaging the vessel further it is important that you consider all these factors when making a plan on how to prepare this unit for inspection.

Please help.
Thanks!

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
