To CDK node gives missing object with valid SMILES ?

hello,

I have a Wayne nucleus controlling just my pumps. I'm trying to communicate between nucleus and pos system Modisoft in back office.
Have been told that Modisoft xml file is configured wrong and is not communicating to the Nucleus. Both companies say it is the others problem.



Please help.
