hello,

My nutritionist put me on a L-carnitine supplement as well as another complete amino acid formula because she says that I have really bad protein digestion and she wants to build my protein supply and well as my muscle and energy level. She says I have the most extreme muscle wasting she’s ever seen. Of course she has supplemented me with the correct digestive enzymes as well and she seems extremely competent and knowledgable. My problem is that every amino acid I’ve tried in the past gives me upset stomache and headache with a general sick feeling. I used to have this problem with protein drinks however I found the problem was soy. This supplements are free from soy and I believe many of the other common allergens.

She believes I shouldn’t have any problems with this but I do and I’m really discouraged. I’m going to speak with her but wondered if any of you experienced this and know possibly what it could be. I’ve also wondered if it could be do to my fatty liver. Also this are predigested amino’s.

Thanks!

Amino acid synthesis is the arrangement of biochemical procedures (metabolic pathways) by which the different amino acids are delivered from different mixes. The substrates for these procedures are different mixes in the living being's eating routine or development media. Not all life forms can blend every amino corrosive. People are an astounding case of this, since people can just combine 11 of the 20 standard amino acids (a.k.a. trivial amino corrosive), and in time of quickened development, histidine, can be viewed as a fundamental amino corrosive. A major issue for organic frameworks is to acquire nitrogen in an effortlessly usable shape. This issue is tackled by specific microorganisms fit for diminishing the idle N≡N particle (nitrogen gas) to two atoms of smelling salts in a standout amongst the most wonderful responses in natural chemistry. Smelling salts is the wellspring of nitrogen for all the amino acids. The carbon spines originate from the glycolytic pathway, the pentose phosphate pathway, or the citrus extract cycle.
