TiO2 solution preparation

Hii...


I have TiO2 powder and I wish to know how to make the solution 0.025 (M) titanium dioxide solution to be used in Biosynthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles. I read this concentration in many papers but I do not know how to prepare it.

Any help would be appreciated..?
