How does one use a Protease Assay Kit ?

The Sigma Aldrich ones, do they provide further instructions apart from the ones on the website itself? Are there any things to keep in mind for people that have used them before? If anybody is so kind, can you please provide a list of equipment that is required to carry out the test apart from he reagents the assay kit provides?
