Hay treated with Propionic Acid and Potassium Zorbate?

Our hay supplier informed us that he treated his hay this year with Propionic Acid and Potassium Zorbate to inhibit mold growth. Is this safe to feed horses? Does anyone have any experience feeding hay thus treated?
