JensenBreck created the topic: Calcium/Phosphorus Ratios, Oxalic Acid
hello,
So far I do understand high in calcium is good and I think (?) lower phosphorus. I know oxalic acid is bad--binding up the calcium. My question--is there a specific formula out there to figure out the ratio? As an example two parts calcium to one part phosphorus to one half part oxalic acid.
Was just curious if there was a standard out there. Looking at different contents of each for different foods I can't always find the same all on the same site measured in the same way. ~ bye Having a rule of thumb would make it much easier offhand in knowing what to feed and what to avoid and what to limit to every once in awhile.
Please help.
Thanks!
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
