Trim materials for control valves

hello,

Is anyone aware of the plus and minus of AISI 316 stellited over S17400 (17-4PH) or S44004 (440C) for use as trim materials in high pressure drop (about 32bar) control valves? (If possible in simple words, since I am not a materials expert)
